The box structure adopts a high-strength sheet metal sandblasted iron box with a unique segmented splicing process, which effectively reduces the splicing gap of the screen;

The module adopts strong magnetic adsorption installation, which can be adjusted slightly, and the flatness of the screen is good. Front maintenance design of the power box, special scenarios, front installation can be realized, and the front maintenance can be met with specific tools;

The PCB board is made of flexible soft board, and the mask/bottom shell are made of high-quality silicone materials;

The thickness of the module is only 8.6mm, ultra-thin design, and small space occupation.
The PCB board adopts Shengyi PCB, immersion gold process, S1000-2 base material, special circuit layout, multi-layer board process design, and high-end materials to greatly reduce the "color temperature" phenomenon;

The whole series uses high-contrast black lights. When the screen is black, the ink color and light-emitting angle of the whole screen are consistent. When playing high-definition video, the picture is delicate and soft and the visual effect is good.

The bottom shell is made of high-quality silica gel material, which has good flexibility, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance, prevents static electricity, and has strong protection performance.

The PCB board uses copper pillar welding and adhesive backing to form a lockable base with the bottom shell, making the module more stable and reliable;.


The single board is equipped with 14 strong magnetic magnets, and a single magnet has a magnetic content of 2000 GS, which greatly solves the problems of degumming and tilting of ordinary modules, effectively improving the flatness and use effect of the screen.





The module sizes covered by P series products are: 240mmx120mm/ 256mmx128mm/ 320mmx160mm, dot pitch includes: P1.25/ P1.579/ P1.667/ P1.875/ P2/ P2.5/ /P3//P4.

This specification is only applicable to 320mmx160mm modules in P series products, and the dot pitch includes P1.8/P2/P2.5/P3.
